2. Return & Refund Policy

Returns for Damaged Products Only

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged. If your product is damaged upon arrival, you must:

1. Contact us at support@happyhappymarriage.net within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

3. We may require you to return the damaged item so we can inspect it.

   • If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

4. After review, we will either:

   • Issue a refund to your original payment method, OR

   • Send a replacement item (if available).

Important Notes:

• We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to damage (e.g., buyer’s remorse or preference changes).

• All returns must be in their original packaging and unused.

• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our return criteria.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds may take longer to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. International Orders & Customs

• International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country.

• Customs processing may delay delivery times, which is outside of our control.
